  • first and last name + degree/title of the supervisor from the university (the person submitting the application) along with his/her email address and phone number (used only for contact purposes regarding the application),
  • list of publications submitted (first and last name + title),
  • 3-5 photos of the publications that can be used for promotional purposes (min. 1080 px on the shorter side, adequate quality).

Terms and conditions of participation:

  1. Applications for participation are submitted by the university (academic teacher or designated employee) – applications submitted directly by students will not be accepted.
  2. In the first edition of Paper Academy, applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. Only photobooks/dummies/zines by students and graduates may be presented at the stand – books by lecturers are not permitted.
  4. There is no specific theme for applications – the university decides independently on the dummies/books/zines presented by students and graduates.
  5. Each university will receive a table from the organizers for the presentation of publications – the presentation should be limited to this table. Any other forms of presentation must be agreed with the organizer. There will be at least one chair at each table.
  6. The minimum number of books to be submitted is 5. The organizers reserve the right to combine two universities at one table if there are fewer than 10 publications.
  7. The organizers reserve the right to remove publications from the presentation if they violate the principles of law and/or photographic ethics (in particular if they incite hatred on any grounds).
  8. The stand must be ready for presentation on Saturday (October 25) between 12:00 and 19:00 and on Sunday (October 26) between 12:00 and 19:00. During this time, a person designated by the university (this may be a student) should be present at the stand. In the case of universities outside Poland, the organizers may provide a volunteer to supervise the stand.
  9. The organizers are not responsible for any damage to or loss of publications during their presentation.
  10. The organizers do not provide remuneration, accommodation, or meals. At the same time, however, the organizers do not charge any fees for the stand.
  11. Small promotional materials from the university may be placed at the stand, but the organizer reserves the right to ensure that they are only of an accompanying nature – Paper Academy is a presentation of artistic works, not an educational fair.
