From photo to publication – individual 1:1 editing workshops with Rust Publishing
Are you thinking about creating your own photo book, but don’t know where to start with selecting the material? Or maybe you have a finished project and want to discuss the next publishing step? On Friday, October 24, 2025, you will have the opportunity to consult your own projects for free!
The creators of RUST Publishing invite people who are working on a photography book or a project that could take the form of a publication to individual 50-minute meetings.
During the consultations, they will discuss issues such as photo sequences, the relationship between images and text, editorial concepts, structure, and ideas for the preliminary design of the publication. The meetings are free of charge and are intended for both debuting and more advanced creators.
The workshops will take place in Katowice (Miasto Ogrodów, Plac Sejmu Śląskiego 2), from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (a specific time will be assigned to each participant).
Applications must be submitted by October 21 (Tuesday)!

– 5–10 photos from a selected project
– a short description of the concept
